First Star Technology produce parts that are precise, high quality, and complex. Ranging from high pressure die casting to lower pressure and cavity casting.

We use only the best raw material, most commonly ADC12 Aluminium Alloy, A380 Aluminium Alloy, and A383 Aluminium Alloy.

We also provide post cast processing such as CNC machining, deburring, sand blasting, plating, coating, polishing, printing, hand finishing and sub assembly work.

Production Equipment Capacity:

• High Pressure Die Casting: From 80T up to 400T
• Gravity Casting: Part weights up to 10kg
