First Star Technology worked with the world leading provider of satellite-based real-time flight tracking Spidertracks company. Spidertracks has industry wide adoption resulting in increased safety and operational efficiencies.
Spidertracks is working to provide the industry with proactive safety information and making the aviation community a safer place to operate in.

First Star Involvement

First Star has a long history with Spidertracks having produced various product lines over the years. First Star produced the production tools for the main enclosure body and mounting system, providing early samples and assisting with changes to establish the production and quality control specification.
With an established manufacturing supply and procedures in place, orders are processed, quality audited and shipped Door-to-Door directly to Spidertracks appointed PCBA contractor’s warehouse.

As part of the Idea group, First Star worked closely with the team of design engineers at Idea-NZ and Spidertracks, where Idea-NZ design engineers were deployed to First Star’s factory to support the manufacturing and establish quality standards and procedures.
