First Star Technology worked with a well-established building company who had started to diversify into foundation construction to manufacture the Probrace. The Probrace is a unique boxing tool system that allows builders and construction companies to lay foundations in much less time than it takes using traditional timber pegs and bracing method.
Probrace is a quick, clean, safe way of building concrete foundations.

First Star Involvement

First Star provided the full manufacturing service from in-put towards the design, build of productions tools, setting quality procedures and the manufacturing of all aluminum die cast parts, injection moulding, and fabrication work, with full product assembly in kit-set form.
With an established manufacturing supply and procedures in place, orders are processed, quality audited and shipped Door-to-Door directly to Probrace’s warehouse.

As part of the Idea group, First Star worked closely with the team of design engineers at Idea-NZ and Probrace with focus on Design For Manufacture (DFM). Idea-NZ design engineers were deployed to First Star’s factory to support the manufacturing and establish quality standards and procedures.
